As a Certified Professional Coach (PC) Mary can guide you to help you reach your potential and ideal self by leveraging powerful questions. She has coached over 100 leaders through the Coro Center of Civic Leadership development training programs. Mary’s approach to coaching has been described by clients as warm, caring, frank, and tactful. Her method of coaching is informed by Richard Boyatzis’ theory of intentional change where she will partner with you to develop a personal vision and plan for action to become your ideal self with a foundation of an anti-oppression framework. Mary is certified through Duquesne University’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business which is accredited by the International Coach Federation. Her experience includes coaching women, teams, and individuals.
